Career Training

Hands-on skill-building toward a lineman career, climbing, framing, rigging and the habits that move you up the ladder.

The Craft

Where grit becomes craft

Career training is the hands-on core of the program. We put trainees on poles and equipment to build real, transferable skill under linemen who do this work every day, not in a slideshow, but on the hooks.

Climbing, framing, rigging, and above all the safety discipline that lets a lineman work energized systems for an entire career and walk away whole.

  • Pole climbing and work positioning.
  • Framing, hardware and rigging.
  • Safety discipline that lasts a career.
